I would like to share my thoughts on our community and be pleased that we have made progress in many areas. However, there are also areas where we are still far behind, and I would like to start with the positive developments. I see that the community has become much more enlightened in its understanding of Islam. Many people are interested in learning the fundamentals of their religion just as our ancestors did. There is a great respect in our community for our history and traditions, especially for our masters. Peace and blessings be upon them all. I think those who do not have respect and humility towards their past will fail in the present and future, and it is important that we remember our roots and cultivate our knowledge and traditions. This is the only way we can grow and develop as a community. We should be proud of who we are and where we come from. At the same time, however, we must also ensure that we continue to develop and face the challenges of the modern world.Overall, I am optimistic that we have a positive future ahead of us as a community if we focus on our strengths and continue to develop at the same time.I am also very pleased with the development of our sisters in the community. It is great to see how they are expanding their knowledge and how committed they are to the community. I am also grateful that many of you have involved your families and that many parents are as full members of our community as their children. I want to emphasize that I consider your parents as my own parents, and it is important to stress that we are not a reform movement that wants to destroy the heritage of our community or believes that it knows better than the long-established ones. On the contrary, we hope to follow in their footsteps and carry on the legacy of our community. We should strive to value and preserve the knowledge and experience of our older generations in order to grow and develop as a community, and I am also very proud that many members of our community who have been with us from the beginning have become very successful in their personal lives. They have obtained university degrees and got good jobs. I am very happy to see that we have a large and educated group within our community that will continue to grow in the future, which is a sign that our community is not only growing and developing spiritually, but also intellectually. Education is an important part of our faith and I am grateful that many of our members share this value and are committed to expanding their knowledge and skills.I think that as a community, it is good for us to focus on our strengths and concentrate on improving ourselves in all areas of our lives. By encouraging and supporting each other, we can grow as a community and achieve our goals. I am optimistic that we will continue to be successful as a community in the future and that our members will continue to succeed in their personal and professional lives.I think there has been progress in the character of our community over the past few years that I appreciate. We have endeavored to live and promote our values and virtues, and I see many members of our community working on their character. However, we are still far from the ideal role model and must continue to strive to improve in this regard. Character building is a lifelong task that influences our daily actions and thoughts. It is important that we constantly self-reflect and work on ourselves to overcome our weaknesses and strengthen our strengths, and a good sheikh or spiritual teacher can help us do this by showing us, like a mirror, which areas we need to improve. By encouraging and supporting us, we can develop our potential and move towards the ideal role model. I would like to say a few words to the younger members of our community. I think you are a very special group who spend your childhood and youth seeking the pleasure of Allah. This makes you special not only in this world but also in the eternal world - as our Master Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) has said.I do not see you as a burden or a problem, but as a guide for us older members. You can help us to better understand the younger people outside our community. You are an example that despite the many external negative influences, it is possible to walk a good path and turn away from the bad.I think it is important that we support and encourage you in your quest for the pleasure of Allah. Because you are the future of our community and will one day replace us as leaders. It is therefore of great importance that you develop your talents and abilities and become confident and responsible members of our community, and I am convinced that you are capable of this and I see great potential in you. I wish you every success on your path and hope that you will continue to be a role model for us older members and support us in our endeavors to please Allah. If you are on the path to God, you should show respect and humility towards the elders in your community and virtuous people outside. You are still in the discovery and training phase, and you will only be successful by adhering to these virtues. If you lose this respect, you will err just like many of your friends around you. It is important that you prepare yourself for a long and difficult path. Only if your heart has the right intention will you be successful. However, if you are only here for worldly benefits or your intentions are not pure, sooner or later you will be excluded. This is not because of a "ban", but because Allah no longer paves the way to him and no longer makes it palatable and sweet for you as it was before. Respecting your Sheikh is the key to reaching Allah and the people of Allah. If you follow these virtues and remain consistent in your path to Allah, you will eventually succeed and reap the rewards Allah has provided for you. It is understandable that many of you have the desire to get married and start a family. We as a community should support you in this, but you should know that the decision to marry lies with Allah alone. If you take this spiritual path seriously and follow my advice, you will be able to find a partner who will be a blessing to you both in this world and in the Hereafter. It is important to understand that the spouse Allah has provided for you will be the one who best suits you and will help you in your spiritual journey, so you should not let your desire for marriage overwhelm you and trust that Allah will choose the right partner for you. If you put your focus on getting closer to Allah and living a virtuous life, everything else will come naturally. In interpersonal relationships, it is of great importance to visit each other and fill these visits with positive intentions and kind words. Showing pleasant hospitality and praying for blessings in the homes of the hosts can help to strengthen relationships. During a visit, you can also ask for the blessing of your hosts by praying together, and community work is an important pillar of a functioning community. One of the ways to do this work is to invite new members into the community and help them integrate. A great way to do this is through support in the Discord server or by carpooling. Financial support can also be considered to help new members settle into the community. It is important to remember that the goal of this work is to build a vibrant and engaged community that benefits every member, and it is vital that we have sufficient funding for our work in the community. So far, however, we have been able to achieve a lot with only limited financial resources. However, we are striving for more independence by becoming more mobile and finding a suitable, affordable space. However, the decision of whether we should remain mobile or focus on one building is a difficult one. In my opinion, we should do both to get the best of both worlds. We have high expectations and our hopes are high, but we can't get everything we want. I have been working on this challenge weekly for at least two years and hope for a solution from Allah soon. In this blessed month, your prayers are of great importance to us.250,000 euros budget is required annually to carry out the work adequately. However, we currently only have about 50,000 euros annually. Although our team is growing, our financial budget remains fairly constant because many people have not yet realized how important our work is. I have given up my self-employment to concentrate fully on this work as I see a greater purpose in it and hope to make a difference to my afterlife. However, I am confident that the necessary money will eventually come in and that the work will eventually get done. The only question is whether you want to be actively involved or just passively watch. During the Ramadan tour, I realized that we still have a long way to go as an organization to reach our full potential and make our work more effective, and I am confident that we will be able to resume our courses after Ramadan. The courses we have started need to be completed in order to provide our students with the necessary skills and knowledge. I have also already prepared new courses that are tailored to the needs of our community and hope that they will have a positive impact. All praise is due to Allah, before whose mightiness everything becomes humble, all praise is due to Allah, to whose glory everything surrenders, all praise is due to Allah, to whose glory everything submits, all praise is due to Allah, to whose rule everything is subject.
