The one-day seminar Fiqh of Fasting provides in-depth knowledge about the rules and conditions of fasting according to the Maliki school of law. Based on Matn Ibn ʿĀšir, the essential rules of fasting in Ramadan, voluntary fasting days as well as common mistakes and misunderstandings are covered. The aim is to familiarize participants with both the legal and spiritual dimensions of fasting and to enable a deep understanding of this important pillar of Islam.
